They look great. I always have a difficult time drawing hands. There is something complex and intentional in their design that often leaves me scratching my head. Perhaps it is the intricacies in their detail? In figure drawing there is so much to convey through posture and positioning of the body, but the hands require a special attention to detail. It is not that they are central to the image, but they add so much depth to the body language.
Hey Z thanks. I think I have only even tried to draw hands 3 or 4 times (not cartoon). You’re absolutely right about the body language. Hands can really bring a subject to life! I suppose I should practice more… Thanks for the thought-provoking comment 🙂
